Squad support aimed to disrupt the existing Live Answering industry by leveraging the modern high speed Internet infrastructure to help connect work-from-home customer service professionals with time-starved business owners.

How I Helped

To launch the business, domain acquisition and subsequent brand identity were initially established based on user research and who the intended target audience would be.

I then conducted competitive research to understand the landscape and to perform a gap analysis.

Building off the brand identify, I provided art direction and designed all visual treatments in Sketch based on UX best-practices.

Taking the final design output, I custom developed a web implementation with an MVC design pattern using a custom data model composed of custom post types, custom fields, m:n relationships and views.

Then I architected an order flow from initial sign-up, to subsequent intake and on-boarding - to ultimately fulfillment with an operational partner by integrating with third-party service providers.

This end-to-end web project lifecycle resulted in a fully functional business operation.
