The Client has products and services which serve a variety of audience segments, however, their website was a static UI which only presented non-dynamic information to their visitors. To make the website more intelligent, and respond to their visitors more effectively, we were engaged to create a dynamically changing website that adjusted based on behavioral triggers.

How I Helped

To help the Client speak more relevantly to their visitors, I interviewed and conducted deep-dive business analysis sessions with key stakeholders to understand what their goals were.

Taking that, I captured their requirements and produced a Work Order that was used as the foundation for subsequent JAD sessions with the Technology team.

Upon sign-off, I led the management of the release from inception to completion, working closely with both client partners, internal teams, and technology to implement the deliverables, UAT the project, and certify the release.
